Returning something you've purchased online?
We are happy to offer a store credit, exchange, on an item you've purchased from us all you have to do is contact us within 90 days of your order date.
We will not accept returns items for change of mind reasons, even if the item is unused. If your product is faulty, please get in contact with us by email.
If the item you have received is faulty, please contact us with a detailed description of the product fault, and a photo if possible.
Incorrect Item/Damaged on Arrival
If you have received an item that isn't what you ordered, or it arrived damaged, please take a photo and contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Please don't dispose of the item until we've had a chance to chat with you!
Once we have had a chat and you are returning your item please pack up your item carefully, so it reaches us safely. Follow the instructions emailed to you if your item is faulty or damage we will cover the cost of postage.
